At our Kalmar office, we are 16 architects, landscape architects, interior architects, and civil engineers in a team characterized by diversity, curiosity, and community. We work on assignments of both small and large scale. From smart everyday solutions to complex wholes. Always in close dialogue with each other and with our clients.

About the role

As part of our team, you will participate in and lead projects through all phases – from idea to implementation. In this role, you will work closely with clients, partners, and colleagues to find sustainable and innovative solutions. An important part of the role is to contribute to the development of the company's client relationships and market. Through your experience and commitment, you will also support and inspire others in the team.

About you

We are looking for someone with a master's degree in architecture or a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least five years of work experience. It is an advantage if you have experience from all phases, from feasibility studies to construction documentation. You have a strength in design or project planning; ideally, you possess both qualities. As a person, you are outgoing and driven by customer-oriented work. You have experience in client contact and contributing to new assignments, or you have a strong ambition to develop in that area. For us, local presence is important, and we therefore want you to live in or be willing to move or commute to Kalmar. We collaborate extensively across the boundaries of our offices and have assignments both in our local market (Kalmar, Blekinge, and Kronoberg counties) and throughout Sweden.
